Please notify your HarveStaff Program Manager and your local Manager before your scheduled shift.

HarveStaff and its clients prefer a minimum of two weeks' notice for extended absences. This advance notice allows for proper arrangements to be made. We understand that a death in the family or medical emergency can prohibit that notice period but please make every effort to notify us as soon as possible. Please send notices to your Program Manager and Contractor Liaison.
-
Upon returning from an emergency room visit, hospital stay, or surgery, you must obtain a "Fit for Full Duty" or "Fit for Duty with Accommodations" certification from your doctor. This certification should be sent to your Contractor Liaison at customerservice@harvestaff.com before you can resume work.
-
Assignment extensions are at the sole discretion of the client. Typically, we will contact the client 2-3 weeks before your assignments end to ask about possible extensions. Once an extension is confirmed, the Contractor Liaison will notify you via email confirming the extension of your assignment.
-
Paystubs are sent via email. To access your paystubs, enter either your social security number (SSN) or social insurance number (SIN), without any dashes or spaces, in the area provided.
