HarveStaff is registered as a Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) in order to provide a more complete range of services to our clients. Operating as an FLC allows us to provide a turnkey service to our clients. We provide teams to specific projects as a complete field service solution. Our team leaders manage their teams to established delivery goals and, most importantly, make certain that we do it safely and with a strong commitment to supporting our employees.

The labor market is extremely difficult within the demographic needed to support our most common roles and as an FLC gives us greater options to support this work and the workers needed to do it. There is a visa category, H2A, for securing nonimmigrant agricultural workers and HarveStaff uses the experience within our family of companies to secure these visas, recruit the right employees, and support them throughout their deployment to projects across the U.S.
